Responsibilities included:• Responsible for supervising daily smooth operations in the restaurant.• Interacting with the guest to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels. • Handling guest complaints & independently resolving issues.• Making roaster and handling employees questions and concerns.• Monitoring employees to ensure performance and giving feedback and training based on observation.• Participating in departmental meeting regarding budget and departmental goals to produce desired results.• Responsible for cashiering, cash handling, billing and sending Daily sales report.• Communicating properly with the Manager and other departments like Kitchen Finance and conducting Human Resource activities.• Following all the restaurant Policies, standards and procedures. • Assisting Manager in adhering to hygiene manual, health and safety regulations.
