• Assigned the tasks of responding to customer calls for evaluating and solving problems• To keep track of Warranty/AMC renewals of all instrument within time.• To provide Technical Inputs as well as to prepare technical comparison data for procurement of new instruments• Responsible for assisting technicians with the installation & commissioning of equipment.• Support Hardware Components by identifying, Qualifying, Documenting which meet regulatory standards that apply to electronics/electro mechanical components• Installation and updating of software needed for the instrument when required.• Give support to the customer for life sciences Maintenance.• Regular visiting to the government / private company such as IOCL, NIPER ,RANBAXY,GALXO SMITH KLINE, MANKIND PHRAMA,CEMENTS INUSTRIES ,JUBLIANT ,TEVA, REASEARCH INSTITUTIONS & UNIVERSITIES ,ETC for Installation & commissioning and diagnosis’s of faulty problem of our instruments.• Dealing with the Top most Management at customer site for the future planning• Planning and execution of Calibration and Preventive Maintenance of all instruments• Handled the tasks of conducting training sessions for customers on the product and services of the organization• Responsible for organizing the service department and in particular, controlling it’s resources and utilizing it’s assets to achieve maximum efficiency. Overseeing the day-to-day management of the service areas•Provided customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.Offered feedback on future product development, features and functions•Assigned the tasks of developing and maintaining good relationships with customers Work with applications specialists to provide current product offering support via customer training and feedback to development scientists for product enhancement ideas• Provide feedback to the organization regarding system improvements and future directions.• Ability to travel overnight, as much as 70% of time.
