1. Offering insightful experience of over 23 years in International trade, Imports /Exports , Customs clearance, DGFT, DRI matters, SCM / Commercial Operations. 2. In-depth knowledge of INCOTERM, HSN classification / Tariff Codes/ duty rates with applicable notifications / Trade notices/ Circulars.3. Managing Ex-bound freight/ supplies Ex APAC countries to US, Canada, MELE & EMEA region for LMR and Video Business.4. Managing all Inbound shipments into India and other APAC countries for LMR and Video business.5. Accountable for timely clearance of all Imports & Exports cargo through Courier, Cargo by Air / Sea ports (LCL/FCL) within defined Lead-time for India BU, and additionally for other APAC countries.6. Well versed with Licensing requirements in telecom domain such as WPC, EPR (MoEF) , BIS, ETA, TEC, SCOMET items for India BU.7. Monitor, interprets regulatory requirements and procedures related to Customs Rules, Trade compliance, EXIM policy & Procedures.8. End-to-End Customs clearance process for imports & exports and documentary requirements, post clearance audit / query handling.9. Knowledge of Customs Duty Draw-back, Duty refund, re-exports; re-import procedure for repair & return.10. Handling CHA, Warehouse, other LSP’s as per the procedure & KPI set by the organization. 11. Monitor and fulfill all the customs related compliance such as SVB Order, Post clearance audit queries etc.12. Maintain good PR and Liasioning with Customs officials to support the clearance operations, Ministry of electronics for BIS, Central pollution control board for EPR.
