I discovered this role as a passion quite later in my career and have been ever since very close to this profile. HR business partnering is a role that has helped my efforts to create a great employee experience to the best possible extent. Finding efficient ways of dealing with issues and seeing what others may not be, in the process of resolving a problem or a conflict has been very interesting and the joy that follows after a successful employee intervention has been even more exhilarating and motivating for my current profile. As a seasoned campaigner thus far, I am responsible for a team of 2 site leads with a support profile for an umbrella of more than 2000 internal stakeholders providing services globally in the areas of Employee Relations primarily, followed by support roles in Recruitment, Payroll & Compliance, L&D and Miscellaneous tasks that are in form of employee and stakeholder interventions for business units. Keeping a close Pulse on employee behavior across business units, Employee Retention where possible, Corporate Communications, Medical and COVID-19 task force governance are some of the highlights as an overview of my profile.
