Approvematerials and quality of works based on test results produced by the worksContractor, factory inspection, site testing etc. (Quality control) To conduct factory Inspection of equipment under the project To monitor progress with reference to pre-fixed targets drawn up jointly with theContractors and furnish monthly progress reports in the formats as decided inconsultation with the SWSM. To co-ordinate with all concerned agencies and SWSM to be appraised of all. To inspect and certify that the works are completed according to thespecifications on completion before final settlement of bills. Prepare completionof work report for all the works. Inspect all the completed works once in two months during the defects liabilityperiod of one year and assist the SWSM in ensuring that the contract RFPs attendto all kinds of construction laying defects brought to their notice. Prepare monthly project progress reports describing the physical and financialprogress of each package, highlighting impediments to the quality and progress ofthe works and remedial actions, for submission to the Client. Manage operational & maintenance activities on a day-to-day basis ofsuccessfully commissioned 100 Villages. Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with agreed service levelagreements, whilst operating within the appropriate Safety Management andEnvironmental Management systems. Monitor all operational issues and report any malfunctions.
