Duties and Responsibilities• Responsible for the day to day operations of the unit Project & operation, Purchase, Design and estimation• Ensuring that all financial targets are met with regards to:- Revenue• Cost Control; Profit and Debtor Management;• Maintaining customer satisfaction as per set targets• To ensure that the business is operated to the highest standards in line with the mission statement and values• Responsibility for the day to day operation to the standards• Monitoring and guidance to design and estimation. • Ensuring that Project department operate within agreed budgets and achieve agreed targets• To ensure that everything that is carried out in the unit adds value for the customer• Implement systems for reviewing all operating costs to ensure that they are consistently in line with focused revenue in conjunction with the Financial Controller and report back on these• Through information received from guest questionnaires and other forms of guest feedback ensure that in conjunction with the Heads of Department we are addressing service issues and constantly developing standards and products in line with customers needs and Brand Values• Ensure Project department operates in compliance with all legal requirements• To ensure H.R procedures are followed in Project department.• To pro-actively develop subordinates.• Ensure that all agreed control procedures are followed through in Project department• Conduct appraisals for all direct reports on a bi-annual basis• Agree objectives in line with business and brand objectives and values• Comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health and Safety, Fire, Licensing and Food Handling and ensure that yourself and all members of the team are aware of and working in accordance with these requirements• To ensure that yield management is actively practised to ensure the optimum revenue from the product

 Overseeing the Project Technical Marketing & Pre-sales Operations and increasing the revenue Supervising a team of Technical Sales Heads and administering the pricing and estimation activities Addressing filling of RFPs and RFIs, budgeting and building project proposals; executing trend analysis to understand the current trend of the market Handling technical writing which included preparation of reference guides for professional training and white papers for the products areas of expertise Efficaciously worked for conducting time and resource requirement analysis, ensuring solution & product compliance, attending the pre-bid meetings and raising technical exceptions Received various appreciation from the client for the performance excellence and service delivery Pivotal in working on the project implementation & monitoring at the Head Office for various projects using the Intergraph COTS Shouldered the responsibilities of providing technical support & professional training on Intergraph range of solutions Instrumental role in implementing pre-planned sales strategies for achieving performance milestones
