I work closely with both external vendors and internal stakeholders, conducting regular senior-level collaborative meetings to ensure performance management and adherence to key performance indicators. Additionally, I oversee cost and purchase order management tasks while providing executive management status reporting for all relevant Vendor Management activities. I continuously strive to develop and improve end-to-end vendor lifecycle management processes and conduct regular performance reviews with major third-party providers. By closely monitoring customer satisfaction and vendor performance, I implement continuous improvement strategies to drive success.Previously, I served as a Project Lead in the Win7 to Win10 OS Migration & RAM Upgradation Project & Asset Replacement Project for HDFC Bank Ltd. In this role, I managed the operations of the migration project as well as the Service Desk Team of 20 engineers. I successfully coordinated with various internal teams to ensure timely support for the migration process and post-migration issue resolution within SLA. I also prepared comprehensive reports to track the progress of Win 10 Migration, compliance and sign-off validation, payment tracking, and daily call closure reports.During my tenure at Dimension Data Pvt. Ltd., I worked as an Incident/Problem Coordinator for HDFC Bank Ltd. I managed IT service management operations, overseeing incident and problem management processes. I chaired incident and daily service review meetings and responded promptly to escalated issues. Moreover, I managed the connectivity of branches/RAC with service providers, analyzed monthly trends for service improvement plans, and ensured timely restoration of services.
