• Project Planning & Monitoring – DGM (Production Manager) Key Duties:
• Execution of Plans pertaining to all development works in the mine including Machine shifting, Giving areas for shovels to work, Maintain the haul roads and dumping.
• Working in close co-ordination with planning, land and Business Control teams to effectively run the mines with minimum of execution delays.
• Involved in coal excavation and dispatch planning as well as stock formation and maintaining the minimum required stock at any particular time.

• Monitor each & every activity related to Mine Development of all infrastructure facility for mine. Planning & development of Lignite transport logistic. Directing, leading & motivating workforce to produce & supply.

 Handling independently all responsibilities & functions of Production and Continuous Supply to 2490 MW Power plant Lignite Quality Department, Geological (Strata Conditions) and Survey works by inspection. Performing inspection of Machines, Bucket Wheel Excavators, Shovels, Front End Loaders, and Dumpers such as Haul pack, Conveyors etc. Maintenance of.

• Mine Planning, Production management, Equipment selection and Contract management.
• Safety Compliance Maintaining Statutory compliance record,
• Acquired good understanding of Land Acquisition, Deforestation, Liaising with different state & central government agencies.
• Possess a good knowledge of mine IT systems such as mine management system consisting of truck dispatch system and provision.
