Market Research and Feasibility study for launch of ‘The Easy Shoppee’- Ideating, brainstorming, market research, conducting interviews, evaluating available alternatives for thenew product- Responsibilities included industry and competitor analysis of the online grocery industry- Choosing target market and segment- Assisting the development team as required- Designing the website and the hand-out pamphlet- Evaluating discounts offered by various retailers and wholesalers
