High Availability to OpenStack Cloud Controller • Designed and Developed a High Availability solution for OpenStack controller node using MySQL and DRBD (block device replication). • The project requires writing agent scripts around Openstack core components which will start stop and monitor them and will initiate a failover of these core components in case of fault on primary Openstack controller node to secondary node and will bring up all these core components on secondary node. • Development Environment: Openstack, Packstack, MySQL, Perl, Python, DRBD replication and Linux.VERITAS Cluster Server Agent for Oracle 12C Database • Enhanced VERITAS Oracle database agent to monitor Oracle12c container and pluggable databases together and fail over a container database with all its pluggable databases to slave cluster node in case of fault.• Development Environment: C++, Veritas Cluster Server, Coverity, Review Board, CVS.

VERITAS Storage Foundation for Oracle RAC • Development of software to support Symantec’s "VERITAS Storage Foundation" for Oracle RAC (SFRAC) on multiple Unix and Linux platforms.• Research and development aimed at supporting Solaris's virtualization technology for SFRAC. • Handling customer reported issues by analyzing the problems in the software and providing fixes.• Development and maintenance of Linux character device driver.• Development Environment: C, Perl, Shell, Linux Kernel, and Linux.

• Developed a NAS Appliance with File System Enhancements. • Designed and developed a NAS appliance, which helped creating LVM’s, RAID, iSCSI initiator and target, assign user quotas.
