Current• Responsible for Procure to Pay (P2P) process with an Annual Spend of $35+ Million worth of Aerospace Manufacturing Products, mainly the build-to-print PCBA’s/CCA’s, Machining Components, hardware’s & Cable Assemblies etc.• Implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain.• Manage Supplier relationships for better alignment to business strategies.• Support Inventory Management to maintain optimal levels of stock.• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics/KPI’s to identify areas for improvement.• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.• Involved in Cross Functional Team initiatives for continuous improvement parameters like Cost, Quality, and On Time Delivery.• Handled the Procurement activity for Transition Projects from Parent SBU & supported the FAI’s (First Article Inspection).• Coordinating with Regional Office teams to conduct SRA (Supplier Readiness Assessment), SHA (Supplier Health Assessment) for reviewing the suppliers Capacity for new programs / potential ramp ups.• Extensively participated in major Audits/Assessments like SOX, BSI, Airbus IPCA+ & Boeing PRA.• Train new employees & Mentor direct reportees. Setup IDP’s each employee & support development activities. • Hands on experience in SAP V7.30, Lean Tools & Analytical tools/Excel.
