During my research I have worked on more than 20 medicinal plant of which some are endangered species in India. I did the macropropagation as well as micropropagation of these medicinal plants. Developed the methods of extraction technique and HPTLC analysis of various secrondary metabolites i.e colchicine, barbaloin, oleanolic acid, ursolic acid, nerifoline, euphol, mangeferin, swertiamerin, amorogentin, withaniloides, reserpine, ajmaline, curcumin. Developed the protocol to enhance the production of these secondary metabolites in medicinal plants by inoculating with PGPR i.e. Pseudomonas, Bacillus, Aztotobacter species and Mycorrhizal Fungi. 2. Presently I am involved in Pharmacology aspects of these medicinal plants i.e antimicrobial, Hepatoprotective , immunomodulatory.3. I have expertise in optimization by using RSM and ANN techniques.4.Expertise in HPTLC and UV-VIS spectrophotometry and IR.
