As an experienced learning and development professional, I am passionate about creating opportunities that help individuals grow and succeed in life. With over 12 years of experience in community development and youth empowerment, I have worked with various organizations to provide comprehensive needs assessments and personal development plans to youths in communities.Currently, I am working as an Assistant Manager- Training at Magic Bus India Foundation, where I am responsible for capacity building and quality delivery of programs across all projects of Madhya Pradesh. I work closely with the project team to ensure proper planning, delivery, and assessment of training programs for effective community engagement and outcomes.Prior to this, I worked as a Youth Development Officer at Magic Bus India Foundation, where I partnered with youths in communities to provide them with vocational training courses in various sectors, and took follow-ups on their education, job, or vocational training placements.I also have experience as a Training and Monitoring Officer where we delivered community-based Sports For Development programs with adolescents, where I handled programs in various schools as well as communities of Mumbai. which required me to work with teachers, school principals, and youth mentors to train and monitor program delivery. I improved the skills of field staff, planned training schedules for teachers, and monitored sessions of schools while maintaining regular communication with the head of departments.Academically, I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Slum study and Development, an M.A. in Hindi literature from Mumbai University, and a B.P.ED degree from SGBAU, Amravati University. I have participated in various training programs on counseling skills, leadership building, CSA, Gender, and team building, among others.As a confident individual with strong communication and presentation skills, I enjoy learning and implementing new methods and procedures.
