Pre-feasibility Reports of Lujai (40 MW), Chiroti Saichu (26 MW), Saichu (43 MW) and Saichu-Sach Khas (104 MW) have been prepared. Khab Hydroelectric Project (600 MW) located on river Satluj is at the identification stage.KfW, German Development Bank has committed low interest rate loan of Euro 200 million during July, 2013 for Construction of Thana Paun Hydroelectric Project (191 MW) located in district Mandi, H.P. Project to be taken up for construction during the next year.

Received 'Man of the Year 1999' award for excellence in performance of duties and achievement in the field of hydropower. Worked in HPSEBL from October 2003 to November 2006 for establishing organisational framework for setting up of Pabba Valley Power Corporation. Established basic infrastructure for Sawra Kuddu Hydroelectric Project (111 MW).
