Planning & delivery of WTG components (Ex works), BOP, I&C spares & Tools tackles for the multiple projects. Overall responsible for coordination with internal and External party for successfully inspection of materials, Material Delivery Clearance Certificate’s (MDCC) from Client and delivery of WTGs components on time to achieve our quarterly Rev Rec target.Ensure all projects delivered within time, scope, quality, and cost constraintsAssist in definition of project success criteria and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Develop Project Schedule L2/L3 level to monitor and track progress.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Ensure all EPC/ Retail projects delivered within Project Schedule, scope, quality, and cost constraints.Projects planning, Resource Norms, BOM, Inventory & Resource planning, productivity & optimization, Costing & estimation, contracts & timeline, Pre requisites, approval of vendors & Logistics from Clients, WCC & HOTO. Execution Plan vs Actual, Delay analysis etc.Establishing standardized procedures, controls, and systems. Develop a procurement tracking sheet.Preparing material requirement plan as per project needs. Tracking and maintaining inventory levels in the stores for all items required in project. Generating PR/Indent as and when required inventory level reach reorder levels.SAP v/s Physical stock analysis report with proper inventory to achieve Business Plan & Material Storage as per standard guidelines (5's activity in store).Identified scrap & Obsolete Inventories of projects store along with their disposal actions.Successfully completed Wind Projects with Various clientReNew Power (Prathmesh PV Solar, Telangana) : 65 MWpReNew Power (Wind Energy Ellutla, A.P.) : 120 MWAlso, we have completed Project with Mytrah (Tel), ENEL (Bhuj), Sembcorp (Bhuj) and Retails etc.

Material Requirement Plan (MRP), Responsible for shipping arrangement of intercompany shipment by working closely with freight forwarders, Monitoring on time delivery for all intercompany shipment and reporting to section leader if there is any shipping delay.In-land trucking arrangement to deliver export shipment to Airport/ Port.Shipping arrangement of 3rd party shipment by working closely with Asia customer care team.To plan monthly purchase requirement against production plan by considering economical order quantity, mode of transit etc. by considering standard planning parameters like MOQ, Lead time etc.To ensure timely delivery of raw materials to key customers and handle escalations on war footing basis.To analysis inventory to avoid any dead inventory build-up due to consumption changes.
