Follow the SOP GMP & safety procedures.2. maintaining preventive maintenance plan of plant equipments instruments and carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule to coordinate with respective user/owner for timely preventive maintenance.3.To proper protocol of verification/periodic verification and its execution as per schedule and for relocated equipments.4.To prepare protocol of URS,DQ,IQ,OQ and its execution.5.Raising of purchase requisition related to engineering materials/services.6.To prepare schedule of preventive maintenance,calibration,validation and their execution as per planner.7.Recive maintenance related work order and comply with the help of subordinates.8.Follow up of external agencies related to maintenance work.9.Attain breakdown maintenance of equipment and maintain its records.10. Responsible for insurance, retrieval and verification of logbook.11.Responsible for maintaining issues controlled copy of SOP'S.12. You Responsible for review of IBR boiler daily logbook and attaining any breakdowns.13. To monitoring AHU/HVAC System & maintain required spares.14. To review all schedules activities (PM,Calibration,Validation,Cooling tower cleaning,Weighbalance standard weight calibration, Under ground storage tank cleaning)and ensure it is done as per schedule.15. Training of maintenance personal as per schedule or as an when required.16. Preparation of review engineering budgets like revenue & Capex.17. Ensure boiler feed water & operating parameters and overall IBR compliance.18.Tp participate in departmental internal audits conducted by assigned auditors.19. To handle quality management system of maintenance department.20. ensure GMP compliance & availability of AHU/HVAV & DM water.21. Initiate corrective & preventive action to eliminate to cause of potential mon conformation.22.Ensure compliance of vendors audits.23.Ensuring & monitoring implementation of safety norms with respect to engineering like work permit,HAZOP.

1.Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.2.Determines/ Develops project specifications by studying product design, customer requirement, and performance standard, completing technical studies, preparing cost estimates.3.Provides timely engineering solutions to problem associated with project assignments.Assist with Technical evaluations & Project task on capital projects from the concept funding stages through procurement, Installation, startup and commissioning.4.Develops or assists with the development of project schedules by studying project plan and specification, calculating time requirement.Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.5.Control project costs by approving expenditures, administering contractors contracts.6.Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedure, rules & regulations.7.Make product wise Flow sheet & mass balance sheet for EC reports.8.Maintain project records and documentation such as meeting minutes, specification (URS, FSR, Etc.), Drawings (P & ID), change controls, and data sheets.9.Maintain product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

1.Installation of Boiler and coal handling unit, chilling plant setup, underground solent tank, cooling tower and cooling pumps & process equipment setup.2.Performing routine maintenance and insuring smooth functioning of equipment and system.Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all process equipments like Glass lined and S.S Reactors, process pumps, Agitator nutch filter, Enjector system, Multimill, Shifter, Blender, Centrifuse, Blower, Compactors, Micronizer, Rotory vaccum dryer & Fluidized bed dryer.Preventive and breakdown maintenance of chilling plant, cooling tower, boiler, purified water plant, air compressor, thermopack, utility pumps, FDV & HVAC System.3.Prepare and maintain preventive and breakdown reports. Checking of measurement sheets.4.To install and operate new equipment with an appropriate qualification documents.5.Preparation of billing documents as per the measurement.
