Job Responsibilities as Business-Analytics & Head-MIS (Reporting & MIS Team) Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company’s operations. Develop the management of our Call Center that will ensure process implementation, accurate control, proper and timely completion of short term activities, cost-efficiency, effective Management with humility, outbound/inbound processes given by client, ensure scheduling of Training and development program, Implement improved processes and management methods to generate higher accuracy level, satisfaction level and workflow optimization.  Develop the mechanism for Contact Center to ensure customer satisfaction, improved call efficiency, low abandonment, increased revenue through up sell and promotional programs, and improved employee product knowledge and training. Implement processes and systems that will generate higher productivity and revenues. Develop and direct the management of our Information Technology Department to ensure that all operational systems are continuously evaluated for proper operation, relevance and utilization of Systems, data warehousing. Oversee all company telecommunication systems and support. Ensure that company is migrated toward technology offerings that will generate higher efficiency, enhanced reporting and tracking capabilities, and substantial ROI (Return on Investment). Engaging in – Capacity Planning, Cost breakdown analysis, Actual vs Target analysis and publishing the same to top management. Collating targets, SLA, setting and maintaining CTQ (Critical to Quality) / CTP (Critical to Process) targets and involve in audit process for KPIs and other deliverables and publishing the same to the leadership (Client and Internal management) Reporting forecast figures and variance analysis. Performance tracking, target setting, optimum operations analysis and forecasting.
