AGRI RADIAL TYRES BUILDING & BIAS O.T.R Role:Leading activities related to:•Production planning and ensuring utilization of all resources including manpower, machinery & raw materials.•Responsible for waste/scrap reduction ( fabric , Green/ cured tyres ) in Mfg. process .•Key task to improve machine efficiency with available resource, Optimise resource utilization and tyre building machine installation .•Maintaining Regular production, troubleshooting & inventory control and conceptualizing the strategies for accomplishment of production target within specified time.•Creating production plans / shift schedules & managing work allocation to realize budgeted production level .•Conducting root cause analysis of defects and developing & improving the process by employing QC Tools to prevent any reoccurrence and defective issue.

Role:•Tires building.•Entire spectrum of functions related to production planning.•Control in adherence to time, quality and total productivity maintenance•Facilitating the process of budgeting, getting approval and finalizing the orders.•Spearheading effort for managing of activities pertaining to production Planning and supervision.•Ensuring optimal utilization of all resources including manpower ,machinery and raw materials.

Role:•Managing production related task including planning ,troubleshooting with emphasis on optimization across tyre building machine installation.•Efficiently maintaining the status of production volumes and carried out supervision of raw material and component regular interval of timeDefine proper routing / scheduling of work and effectively deploying manpower machine and material resources thereby achieve production target in required quantity and quality.•Drawing up production plan /shift schedules & making work allocation to workforce to realize budgeted production level.•Developing robust strategies to plan the production schedule and diligently allocate task to the personnel to accomplish the per-set targets.•Executing strategic plans for the processing while identifying &inspecting the incoming raw material to ensure quality &cost efficient products.•Executing cost saving techniques / measures and modification to achieve substantial reduction in operation and work within budget.•Lending & monitoring the performance of tem members to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting of individual targets by recording performance metric and monitoring key parameters to increase overall productivity•Mobilizing the resources with structured input in the domains of production planning, scheduling and monitoring•Rendered support for designing, implementing and monitoring effective procurement schedule; finalized the specification of materials and established quality limits for effective inventory control.•Reengineered new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and new cost reduction techniques; implemented improvement opportunities for each manufacturing process and maintained all data in SAP System of PIBS.
