QMS implementation• Conduct Product Inspections.• Responsible for the testing of product at the end of each week.• Conducted audit and repaired team training handbooks• Preparation of internal audit reports & Action plan.• Responsible for the collection and analysis of complaint product and data.• Ensuring continuous improvement of the department processes through audits and KPI measurements graphs.• Drove changes in procedures, standards, test equipment and gauges to facilitate continuous improvement and to maintain quality.• Making of Product Documentation, Procedure, and Manual etc.• Preparation of Test set-up documents. • Project: Program of Sequential Logic Controller with Time Set & Quiz Program by using LOCO.
