1.Monitoring all inbound and Outbound shipment ,(3500 to 4000 shipment per day)2.Receiving the shipments from vendors and Co loader?s and processing the same for Delivery.3.Pickup coordination with Delivery Hub and vendors.4.Arranging Pick Ups from various clients and their Vendors ,5.Processing Outbound load of RTO and Fresh shipments for connection through AIR and SURFACE mode,6.Maintaining Records and Daily Reports.7.Maintaining Operation Service Level,8.Cash Management of COD shipment.,9.Monitoring all Line Haul operation with TAT, 10.Sending pre alerts to Concern Branches and vendors.11.Handling Customer queries and escalation through mail and phone call,12.Fleet Management (Vehicle arrangement of all the Inward and Outward shipment),13.Guidance to the staff for handling the shipment,14.Controlling on DEPS 15.Handling entire Hub Operation Team,(Manpower Management)16.Maintain FIFO17.Warehouse stock reconciliation on daily basis ERP v/s Physically ,(Inventory stock)18.Responsible for all Operation activities,19.Additional responsibility of handling priority deliveries.20.Resolving FE?s (Delivery Boy?s) Issue. 21.Taking care of receipt and dispatches of material.22.Responsible for setting up systems to ensure quality stocking, stacking and handling of inventory.23.Capture of volumetric Weight of Drop shipment.When enters in hub.24.Responsible for Generate the Reverse pick up & close and processes same day.
