Presently working Arcellor mittal and Nippon steel India Hazira in HSM ( HOT STRIP MILL ) as an Sr Manager (Automation & Electrical) . Also worked in Bar Mill / Blooming Mill (Heavy SectionReversible Mill ) & Steel Melting Shop (SMS). TECHNICAL SKILL  ABB PEC 800 PLC (ES- compact control builder , HMI – MY EPLANT). Siemens make all PLC's, LIike S7 400 , 300 , 200 and 1200 series , it's all Hardware configuration and it's programming. Trouble shooting of ABB DRIVE OF ACS 800, ACS 880 , DCS 800 and DCS 550. SCADA development in Wincc , Intouch and MY Eplant. Knowledge about Drive communication cards , like RMIO/RDCU, R-TAC, APBU , NDBU,ASFC ETC. Handling and troubleshooting in DRIVE WINDOW , Drive composer pro and IBA . Signal Transfer from PLC to IBA . Confidante of installing of Hardware configuration in Simatic Manager . Performing Configuration of any Profibus device with PLC . Good Knowledge about configuration of DP / DP Coupler for communication between two master PLC. Modification in ABB as well as in Siemens . Configure Drive and its parameter in Starter as well as V-Assistance. Knowledge about Servo drive with position axis .  Knowledge and programming of Integrated plant management system ( IPMS ).Involve in all installation & maintenance activities in Reheating furnace (50-70 T/Hr), Soaking Pit Furnace-1, Soaking Pit Furnace-2 & Blooming Mill. Working & Handling of Integrated Plant Management System Software (IPMS) displaying whole plant process line to higher authorities.Actively participate in 5S and TPM activities.Represent JH pillar of TPM as a leader from Blooming mill. Operation and monitoring of all Electrical & Instrumentation parameters in Steel Melting Shop(SMS) Involve in Working, & maintenance activities in Daniel make 60 T Electric Arc Furnace(EAF), Ladle Heating Furnace(LHF), Vacuum Degassing(VD), Argon Oxygen Degassing(AOD) , Continuous Casting Machine(CCM).Handling and Maintenance of Siemens 400 & 200 series controller and Allen Bradley make RSLogix 5000 series controller.Working on Auto mould level control and Mould oscillation in CCM.Brief knowledge about maintenance, repair and calibration of Pressure Transmitters, Flow transmitters, Thermocouples, RTD’S, Control valves etc.
