Around thirteen years of working experience in leading Projects handling and responsible for interior design and civil finishes Engineer. Responsible for all the design phase from concept design to final acceptance. Contract drafting, design schedule, confirm materials, control budget, construction site check. Collaboration with other departments. Including Architecture, Electrical, HVAC, plumbing supply&Drainage, Graphic designer, and lighting consultant, etc. Communication with client, contractor and material suppliers. Familiar with drawing standard and fire protection standard; familiar with decoration materials and construction technology. Proficiently use related design software, including AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel etc.Successfully implement new project design and keep up on going adaption according to the market change. Experience in managing/coordinating external design teams. Self-starter also a team player.
