 Presently spearheading the efforts to accomplish the corporate objectives of Cummins India Ltd for all their business at India Level, as Senior General Manager heading End to End Supply Chain Management for multiple Power system plants (Kothrud and Pirangut plants) (Direct material procurement, purchasing, Planning, Packaging Logistics, Material Flow; Warehouse and Scrap Management with support to supplier quality affecting daily issues) for Power system Business. Covers Spend of $300 Mn for direct buying and another $ 7Mn for Logistic Freight with team  Currently managing a team of 25 Mid-Level Managers; 78 staff and 250 Wage+ contract people. Earlier managed a team of 70 Staff, 120 wage and 80 Contract with highest Employee engagement scores.

Heading overall Direct Materials and over all logistics for all business in India. Presently spearheading the efforts to accomplish the corporate objectives of Greaves Cotton Ltd for all their business at India Level, as Senior General Manager – Direct Materials (Direct material procurement, Strategic Sourcing, New Developments along with inbound / outbound Logistics with Overall inventory Management) For all India Operations along with Service parts

Heading India OFP Supply Management (Direct Material Procurement and warehouses) where in responsible for 3 factories i.e Pune works, Dewas Works and Sirhind works and overall Service parts procurement for Nagpur works, country wide. Responsible for procurement of all direct material purchase and warehouse management and Overall Inventory control & Management. These sub-processes may include all or some of the following: Supply Chain Integration, Direct Material Procurement and Services, Inventory Control, Inbound and/or Outbound Logistics, Receiving, Internal Material Flow, Warehouse Management, contribution to Production Planning, Service Parts, Continuous Improvement, Supplier Quality. This includes managing the relationship between the suppliers and managing the resources to support the processes they have responsibility for.

Heading India Supplier Development for all JD Units in India and Global Sourcing buisness. Works closely on upgrading the Supplier capacity and capabilities proactively to meet future ambition plans. Indepth analysis on Financial, Performance, Country \ Event Risk Management associated with the supply base and works mitigation plan to keep business strengthened.

Was Supply chain Integration Manager for new project for export business from Pune factory on developing high speed power reverser 12x12 trasnmission. Worked straight from supporting designing on Desgin for Cost \​ Quality initiative, developing suppliers, parts, PPAP, handling direct material Cost, overall tooling cost, Contorlling over all project cost to make a win win situation for this transmission a success story. This project got nominated and made final to internal President awards.

Was heading a green field new project as Quality Manager for all export business on trasnmissions, axles and transxle business for Tractor business. Was responsible for over all Quality operations along with developing local leadership for future. It was an international assignment on my carrier path for developing other i.e China local leadership. It included supplier quality, supplier development, inhouse manfuacturing qualitty - Assembly as well as machining, warranty, customer complaint and supporting desing team as well.

Heading overall Plant Warranty and Inprocess Quality. Was responsible for end to end analysis of all kind of failure in field, resolution of issues permanently. Closely worked on technical analysis, various field visits for on site application study and on permanent solutions in Manufacturing processes, Design, etc.. At end supported to improve customer satisfaction greatly. Also, Led complete inprocess Quality function and was responsible for improving quality level for inhouse PPM, internal customer satisfactions for Engine, Transmission, Axle, CAB and vehicle level. Work closely on getting mutiple poka yokes implementations on line.

Worked as SME for SAP and PLM / PDM implementation at VECV from supply management and quality. Let as SPOC for implementing all processes and compliant requirements in system for Supply chain process and quality processes end to end in System.

Was responsible for leading overall Quality planning for new Project / new product line helping Eicher to enter into HCV bushiness. Developed nearly each and every part of HCV and Tippers and complete supply base for same. Extensively worked with implementing processes like APQP, HOQ, PPAP, 6Sigma process like DOE, DFA, DFM and practically implemented this. Also, let all quality processes implementation on line inhouse along with planning and getting all the essential equipments. Also, supported to develop and groom local Development quality on new processes to enahance current quality issues of current production line.

Started carrier with VECV at Machine shop as supervisor and handled majority of critical parts manufacturing inhouse like Cyl Block, Cyl head, Transmission Hsg, Differential hsg, Rear Axles of trucks etc.. Handling various machines like Mazaq, HMC, VMC, HTC, SPM's etc. with work force of 100+ associates. Also worked on implementing ISO processes and led as internal auditor for VECV in various sections like Machine shop, engine assy, Trasnmission and axle assy. Widely played a role in getting Eicehr certified as ISO company.
