My family has owned and operated a business that produces a local milk-based delicacy that has been the staple sweet for thousands of households in Maharashtra - Kharwas. Since completing my MBA, I have worked towards managing and growing the business, and have worked on building strong relationships, with suppliers, vendors and hawkers, who ultimately sell the product made by the business.In my stint with the family business, we have also strengthened relationships with sweet shop owners and caterers, in a bid to tap into new and emerging markets.
