Accountabilities Plan and direct control of the PAN India procurement function for all buildout requirements, whichincludes office furniture, Interiors and Engg. Services for HCL Technologies Ltd. Managing procurement and negotiation of admin related capex and opex both. In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on PurchaseOrders delivery and shipment schedules. Create requests for proposals (RFP) and reviews bids-online auctions (reverse mode) Analyse the cost between vendors to make the best-sourced product for the organization. Create contract terms & condition, negotiate terms, and implements services. Prepare the cost comparison sheet and negotiate with vendors for better prices based on spend received& old buy out rates, cost bench marking and submit offer to Head Purchase for final negotiation. Liaison with Project Coordinators & PMC (Project Management Contract )team to resolve vendordisputes at times. Develop and implement nationwide strategies to evaluate vendor performance. Meetings with Vendors to understand organizational challenges & other problem and opting forsolutions which are best suitable to organization & Vendors. Prepare MIS related to the project requirement and issue to suppliers & team. Co-ordinate with suppliers & Logistics team for status of timely delivery as per customer requirements Track activities regarding the supplier agreement and make sure that the work is performed as per theagreed SOW. Responsible for Setting Up the process and procedure of the Purchase to pay (P2P) process.
