* Execution of the Global Talent Management Review Process (GTMR) across the regions and global functions to ensure internal talent movements globally by analyzing & consolidating the talent inputs.* Developed global communication strategies and interactive dashboards and partnered with design agency, fostering employee awareness, engagement, and alignment with GTM initiatives.*Data Management:- Organize, compile, manage and update GTM databases with different information including ExCo,ExCo-1,ExCo-2, SLT. Receive, process, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and materials.*Data Analytics :- Responsible for the data analysis of GTM processes like GTMR, Budget & Bata LOT etc. Research information, prepare charts and illustrations, compute and tabulate data, prepare summaries. Compiling and analyzing employment data to support GTM team for strategic planning. Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications.*Travel & Lodging :- Work closely with travel partner and effectively collaborated with the teams for arranging the required documents for visa processing of GTM team. Processing reimbursement requests by ensuring timely and accurate payments for the travel expenses.*Administrative :-To Support the GTM team and coordinate with them for the management of TM presentations & day-to-day task. Coordination and maintaining schedule for all the calendar activities for the GTM team. *Provides the necessary backup support for GTM process to ensure smooth daily operations. Manage Global TM Head Calendar to setup external meetings and aligning with internal Bata meetings.
