# As a Technical Sales and Support Engineer, I support ExxonMobil Lubricants' industrial, construction, infrastructure, textile, and mining businesses by providing customers with technical support and seeking out new business expansion opportunities.# Conducting complete plant studies & lube mappings of plants for business opportunities and conversion.# Preparing Engineering reports, benefit calculations and value saving proposal to the user.# Root cause failure analysis and troubleshooting lubricants related issues and conduct trials to increase the ODI of any equipment, energy efficiency trial and grease trial in mining & industrial equipment’s.# Conducting inspection services like thermography, hydraulic leakages,compressor inspection, engine inspection, bearing inspection and gearbox inspections.# Condition monitoring with the help of lubricant testing and reports interpretation to the customers.

# Responsible for all types of boiler, turbine, coal handling plant, ash handling plant, and water treatment plant equipment maintenance.# Maintenance and Overhauling of Compressor (Screw), Fan, blower and Pump,Multistage BFP Pump, ACC Fan and its Alignment.# Responsible for Standard reports like- MIS, PM Schedule, Vibration monitoring, RCA, SMP, JSA, Spare planning, ERP Work order, Indents of spare, Lubrication schedule, Shutdown planning.# Perform root-cause analysis with excellent written and oral communication skill to resolve technical problem.
