Roles and Responsibilities:• Worked in Project of Installation & commissioning of Compressors & Compressed air distribution network from central compressor house to assembly shop, paint shop, Engine Shop, gear transmission shop and weld shop. Total installation capacity 15000cfm.• Operation & Maintenance of all utility systems like – Compressed air plant (15000cfm), LPG Bulk storage plant(4x100MT), DG house(4x1500KVA), HVAC system, Central AC system(2x120TR), Effluent Treatment plant, Water Treatment plant, HSD yard, CNG yard. Fire Fighting Pump house (4500KL water capacity), Hot water generator (300000-1500000kcl/hr).• Worked in project of Installation and commissioning of LPG Storage plant having capacity of (4x100 MT) and pipeline errection & commissioning for Paint shop which is going to produce 1000 vehicle/day.• Breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance of plant machines which includes CNC & PLC operated m/c`s and Hydraulic & Pneumatic operated machines.• To maintain the maintenance records and documentation.• To take corrective & preventive action for the smooth operation of the machine.• Installation & commissioning of 80 MT Peizo Electronics Load cell based Weigh Bridge.• Implementation of TPM & safe working system during maintenance with proper permit and safety precautions. • Daily Monitoring and controlling the process and making daily report. • Spare parts planning.
