CurrentAssist technical personnel in the gram panchayat and block to revisit NRM and develop livelihood plan and practice of farm, off farm, non-farm and innovative and sustainable livelihood activities with a focus on integrated natural resource management, production cluster, and development approach in convergence with government flagships program.Assist partner agencies in preparing technical training material and module and taking active roles in conducting capacity building training and exposure visit.Regular visit to the field area, provide technical assistance/ handholding to the stakeholders, especially with deprived section and willing to acquire new knowledge and skill relevant to the project and guide implementation process.Conduct training and capacity building programs for sharing information on good agricultural practices including irrigation scheduling to use the available irrigation water efficiently.Conduct training and capacity building program on access to finance.Supporting the inclusion of women farmers, workers and female agri entrepreneurship.Conduct a demo training on jivamrut, Dashparni ark, nimboli ark, Vermi compost to farmers.To Co- ordinate all the operations of water program in Amravati, Yavatmal, Nagpur and Wardha districts.To conduct field training, capacity-building training, and awareness program for the program farmers including women farmers.Collect data from the field as when required.Create water user groups and conduct monthly meetings.To report the work progress report along with the plan on a weekly and monthly basis with qualitative and quantitative outcomes.To support solidaridad and the program farmers in its Smart Agri program operations.Community FPO's formation, Ensure mobile app downloading to program farmers and create awareness about the advisories. Encourage women farmers for Agri Entrepreneurship activities.
