Working as Group Finance Head at their Corporate office in New Delhi. NV Group has three operating distilleries in Punjab and Haryana .In addition to this, they are having JV in one distillery at Aurangabad with Radico Khaitan and one bottling Plant at Goa. They are also in distributorship leading brands in Delhi.I am responsible for their day to day operations in Head office as well as Plants and the Project Commercials. Initiated and implemented budgeting, daily operational MIS, monthly MIS. Also implemented SOPs for all the commercial acivities. Reports to the Managing Director and Chairman.

Joined RCOM IN 2002 when they were to start their services. Initially set up the warehouses/cluster offices in UP Circle. Was responsibile for their accounting/audit/legal/indirect taxation/business commercials including channel management, procurement, project commercials, IUC matters, network commercials, marketing commercials. Was member of the Circle core team. Initiated a good numbers of cost savings initiative in network operations, marketing and project, resulting in large cost savings. First to avail discount from PSU oil companies for diesel procurement, introduced "routes" for diesel filling vehicles to save fuel filling costs, tough negotiations with the project supplier resulting in procurement at much lower costs than the benchmark costs given by the head quarter, lowest warehousing costs by taking the warehouses at the lowest possible rentals, introduced addl warehouse to reduce logistic costs.Was responsible to introduce processes for all the circle intiatives and sales schemes.

Head of Accounts and Finance of Rayon Plant at Veraval, Gujarat. Responsibilities included accounting, MIS, audit, taxation, banking, Was also looking after the accounts of the Secreterial Deptt. The Rayon Plant included the Viscose Filament Plant, Caustic Soda Plant and a Power Plant.Got Sales-tax assessment for 22 yrs independently upto first appeallate level.During my tenure, there were expansion by way of one Caustic Soda Plant and Power Plant and also expansion of Rayon Plant, Looked after the Project commercial including capitalsation work.

Was head of accounts for their Expenditure Section at Head Office. Was also responsible for consolidation of accounts of the all the regional offices of the Airline, Courier Division and Agro Aviation Division. Got six years' accounts completed and also attended to audit including CAG audit.Introduced Costing including costing per passenger kms etc. At the time of leaving the organisation, was head of Finance & Accounts and was attending to all the matters related to finance with the Ministry including quarterly financial reporting to the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
