Current• 16+ years of proficiency in fabrication, modification of pipeline and structural projects. • Worked in multiple task of pharma industry as pharma utility operator, Engineering documentation and validation engineer, pharma production Equipments maintenance Engineer, API production equipment maintenance engineer, HVAC operation and maintenance engineer, QC equipment maintenance engineer. • Involved in phases of the Project. • Proven ability to research and solve complex problems. • Works effectively in a team environment with other production sections, facility management team members and Department Head. • Functional knowledge of Pharma and API plant manufacturing machines and utility requirement • Preventive maintenance of pharma and API plant Equipments.• Provide guidance and solutions to facility management team members on equipment issues and trouble shooting. • Participating in discussions with cross functional team members. • Training to team members, documentation, SOP preparation and solution designs for multiple business processes, preparation of qualification documents.• Handling of QMS software as trackwise and pilgrim for deviation & CAPA, cipdox for Change request.• Handling of procurement through Ariba software and SAP
