* Manage the Manpower, and activities for maintaining all the plant and machinery to ensure safe continual and efficient operation. * Ensure and scheduling of Preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance.* Energy Saving , smooth operation and maintenance of Utilities Like Thermic fluid heating , Air compressor, chillier , cooling tower , DG set, Electrical distribution, transformer etc.* Interaction with all the internal department like production , HR , PPC and external with vendors etc

Here I am responsible for all the activities of MW & KW both the site like Generation improvement , Daily reporting to MD & COO, Maintenance planning, Manpower Planning, coordination with Client, meeting with client plant issue as well as local laiosining, Cash flow , budget for next year MC meetingMeeting with COO & MD on Regular basis regarding sites issue Generation Improvement. I am also responsible for coming project in Rajasthan 20 MW, 48 MW in MP &1000 KW project at different Location.System development, EHS implementation documents Standardization Compiling all site data Like DGR, Module washing OEE , NFA ,Maintenance etc.

This plant capacity is 25 MW & equipped with 66 KV Switch yard with 2 x 15/17.5 MVA,66 KV/11 KV Transformer for power evacuation to GETCO ( Gujrat Energy Transmission Company) along with CT,PT for GETCO Metering & Protection ,Off Load Isolator,SF6 Circuit Breaker with common Bus for both the transformer for two line feeder, & Accessories. PCC Panel 11 KVwith VCB having 2 No 11KV Incomer & 11 No Out going feeder of 11 KV,CRP Panel for Metering & Protection , 15 Nos , 2 MVA Transformer 11KV/360 V , RMU & Off Load Isolator AREVA Make , 800 KW x 30 Nos Inverter Make SMA for power Evacuation, There are three different Make Solar Panel 5.0 MW Dupont, 5.0 MW Moser baer & 15 MW First solar are installed in 250 Acer Land.Both of the plant have capacity 15 MW each ( 30 MW ) & equipped with 66 KV Switch yard with 1 x 15/17.5 MVA,66 KV/11 KV Transformer for power evacuation to GETCO ( Gujarat Energy Transmission Company) along with CT,PT for GETCO Metering & Protection ,Off Load Isolator,SF6 Circuit Breaker with common Bus for the transformer for two line feeder, & Accessories. Project cost of plant blown film plant is Approximate.150 .Being a project manager I was involved in CIVIL work, designing, selection ,ordering of utilities like, Equipment for 33KV/433 x 2 Nos switch yard indoor type (Transformer, breaker, metering unit HT Control panel etc. ), PCC panel, MCC panel , Cabling, indoor & out door lighting of plant, Chiller capacity of 250 Tr x 3 nos, air compressor with refrigerated type air dryer -620 CFM, Cooling tower 300 CMH x 5 Nos, pumping & Piping of Plant.2 x 1250 KVA Diesel fired D G set as Stand by for power back up.1-Green Field Project for Converting In HaridwarThis plant is having capacity of 18000 ton/year Converting of laminate business, This plant is having facilities of 8 colour rotogravure printing machine , high speed (300 MPM ) dry lamination, Solvent less lamination, extrusion coating, Electronic beam curing , slitter doctoring, Nitrogen plant capacity of 1200 NM3/Hr, Being a project manager I was involved in CIVIL work, designing, selection ,ordering of utilities like, Equipment for 33KV/433 x 2 Nos switch yard indoor type (Transformer, breaker, metering unit HT Control panel etc. ), PCC panel, MCC panel , Cabling, indoor & out door lighting of plant, Chiller capacity of 250 Tr x 3 nos, air compressor with refrigerated type air dryer -620 CFM, Cooling tower 110 CMH x 4 Nos, Thermic fluid Heater capacity of 2500000 Kcal/Hr , pumping & Piping of Plant.1 x 1250 KVA Diesel fired D G set as Stand by for power back up.UPS 300 KVA x 2 Nos for Critical operation.
