 In coromandel looking out 2 plants PCL3 & PYZ with tank farm. Prepare monthly report of plant.  Receive the Production Planning from the GM Manufacturing Head of Company. After it implementing job for the same. Making the shift schedule of production team member in plant according to production planning. IMS (Integrated Management System) Audit passed, Virtual conducted in month of March 2022 for PCL3 product. Preparing documents with team of production & QA. Monitor to achieve production by per day delay tracker updating & sending with DPR to higher management. Coordinate with maintenance for plant issues resolving to make the production smooth.  Automation in tank farm as per requirement of production like XV & LT in storage tank with the help of project & maintenance team. Coordinate with safety team to close the safety observation in plant per day till we closed 2000nos.  Coordinate with QA related to documents (Validations, Deviation control / Change control/O.O.S.) required for production actives smooth. Coordinate with project team for new modification required in plant or smooth the production cycle and many new storage tank replacement with new (ammonia bullet tank (20KL, 02nos.), CS2 (60KL, 3 nos. tanks), HCL (50KL, 2nos), Ethanol (60KL, 1nos.). Generating MOC for modification in plant with respect to modification in plant. Generating notification in SAP (inventory control) material consumption booking, production generated transfer updated per day to store & clears the material from QC for dispatch. In SAP material code generation for new material, PR maintaining & justification of budget. PYZ sample system improvement from manual to auto with limited source at 02 places. PCL3 Reactor safely replacement with new one & upgrade the per day production from 26mt to 30 Mt. In PCL3 plant automation system improvement by installing mass flow meter in P4, Cl2 and PCL3 production line.

 Receive the Production Planning from the GM Manufacturing Head & V.P. of Company. After it implementing job for the same. Making the shift schedule of production team & ERT (with safety head) team member in plant. For the startup of new plant of 200MT organize maximum utilization of plant & escalating faculty up to 250MT checking PSSR, HAZOP study & QA ready related to product. Monitor to achieve planned results by per day delay tracker updating & sending with DPR to higher management. Take the shift handover charge from reliever & given instruction to shift supervisor about the planning. Coordinate with maintenance for plant issues resolving to make the production smooth.  Ready the tank farm as per requirement of production with the help of project & maintenance team. Coordinate with safety team to close the safety observation in plant per day till we closed 2000nos. To safe & Healthy working atmosphere across the plant. Coordinate with QA related to documents (Validations, Deviation control / Change control/O.O.S.) required for production actives smooth. Plant troubleshooting problem solving. Taking the feedback from maintenance & electrical related problem in plant. Coordinate with project team for new modification required in plant or smooth the production cycle. Generating PU, MWO & change form of Plant. With the help of Instrument team lineup the plant DCS operation problem & Making the log sheet for updating in DCS. Uploading the QA related documents in DMS after taken from TS dept. When the shift incharge is on leave see the plant actives & log sheet checking related to production.  Taking interview of production supervisors for MPP11/10 plant. Generating notification in SAP (system application & products in data processing) form maintenance & projection. Generating notification in SAP (inventory control) form material generation to store & clear the material from QC for dispatch Product: - Octopussy.

 Receive the Production Planning from the CEO of Company. After it implement for the same. Making the Batch sheet for the production through ERP System. Given to the production Supervises for the production and monitor the production material dispatch on the time. Quality parameters check and make them as a standard for the company. Resolving the Plant electrical problem from Electrical Supply Company. Change the formulation through which Monitored production costing. Develop and track cost improvement project to reduce production costs.  Send the production planning to sales, ceo, store & transport dept. Taken the report from the account dept, store dept. and Production Dept. and report to CEO of Company. Increase the Production by completing sales order on weekly basis and making the pressure to Sales for orders. Improve the production quality and efficiency. Given proposal for the new automation in plant and take the action for the same. Making the CTA related with change control required. Follow the ISO Standard for doing the production.

 Job allocation to shift operator as per production planning and requirement. Receive process stage charge properly from reliever. To run the process as per Batch Manufacturing Record and as per instruction of Manager. Taken the new change control for smooth the processing of production coordinate with QA and Manager. Making the CTA related with change control required. Keep the BMR updated for on-line production activity and making the BMR after change control taken. Maintaining Usage, Cleaning & Maintenance log book of different equipment. Follow cGMP & Safety rules during working in the plant. Coordinating with quality department to get relevant information results on time to run the plant as per quality specification.

Manager. Keep the BMR updated for on-line production activity. Maintaining Usage, Cleaning & Maintenance log book of different equipment. Reviewing of batch manufacturing record and other plant documents. Product knowledge: Dexketoprofen Trometamol of Ist, IInd and IIIrd stages, Clopidogral Besylate.

 Receive process stage charge properly from reliever. Monitoring Process Parameters with DCS and taking Necessary Actions to control the same. To run the process as per Batch Manufacturing Record and as per instruction of Executive. Keep the BMR updated for on-line production activity. Maintaining Usage, Cleaning & Maintenance log book of different equipment. Follow cGMP & Safety rules during working in the plant. Coordinating with quality department to get relevant information results on time to run the plant as per quality specification. Coordinate with R&D and Technology Transformation team for new product. Experience of Hydrogenation Plant. Critical parameters temperature monitoring up to 1500c.
