Spearheaded the drafting process, surveyed sites to determine G.A Layouts (3D Mechanical desktop) of chemical process plant, produced, updated, and interpreted PID/PFD (AutoCAD), detailed fabrication & as built drawings • Generated detailed fabrication design drawings for evaporator equipment (Vessels, storage tank, heat exchanger etc.) in accordance to process data sheet, engineering codes and process guidelines provided by process design • Generated plate cutting layouts for fabricated equipment and conveyed to fabrication shops to optimize utility of raw materials and thus maximize profits, saving an average of 4% from the fabrication budget • Managed production of Agitated thin film dryer (ATFD) from front to end, design and drafted ATFD, creating budgets, raw material procurement, dividing production into work packages, quality assurance and testing, and erection commission • Lead design review meetings, communicating with all appropriate stakeholder to ensure technical requirements and safety process specifications are met, also considered civil structure constraints to ensure the designed piping routing does not cause fouling

Managed the procurement department, created, and reviewed budget for raw goods, maintained clear communication channels with vendors and scheduled delivery of raw goods to ensure projects could be completed on tight deadlines • Organized the workflow for over a 100 pumps per week by breaking down projects into manageable work packages for various sub-contractors based on availability of resources and priority of deadlines • Lead a quality assurance team of 5 people, to ensure that pumps, were assembled properly, performance was inline with client specifications and met all safety requirements
