Our plant is the first continuous process, fully automatic manufacturing plant using state-of –art technology in India.Work Profile:· Preparation of different dyes like cyanine, Pthalocyanine & Azo dye, used in CD-R, DVD-R and DVD-RW production.· Calibration of HORIBA-300 PARTICLE ANALYZER,HPLC, GLC, VIBRATION DENSITY, SPECTROPHOTOMETER, & K.F INSTRUMENT.· Recovery of Dye and Solvent. Establish Dye process for CD-R & DVD-R.· Working as a Lab In-charge and maintaining daily documentations.· Stabilization of solvent for eliminating.· Testing of environmental as COD & BOD, water & waste water testing.· Prepared Daily MIS Report, And Arranged Raw Material.

Testing of finish products, raw materials, intermediates as per relevant work Instructions and record thereof.· Development and implement new analytical and instrumental methods of testing of a new brand product and continuously evolve them.· Responsible for up keeping of instrument maintain the record of operation and break down.· Responsible for calibration of all measuring and device and instrument in Q.C.· Responsible for maintaining sufficient stock of consumable of all instruments for Q.C. Division.· Preparation of Quality related records of all products as per ISO plan.· Maintaining the finish product result records domestic and exports good and reporting the same to Manager (Q.A).for corrective action.· Responsible to implement procedures for document control as laid down in established quality assurance system as per ISO-9000 and logging the data register.· Testing of water like as Silica,phosphate, copper sulphate, hardness of water etc.
