This involves performing critical tasks such as temperature monitoring, water sampling, and testing and servicing thermostatic mixing valves. Additionally, I conduct shower cleans, closed system sampling and dosing, and inspect cold water storage units, all while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.My extensive background in property maintenance has equipped me with a comprehensive skill set, enabling me to tackle a wide range of technical challenges effectively. I am committed to delivering high-quality workmanship, ensuring that all tasks are completed safely and to the highest standard.Before my current role, I managed a dry-cleaning business for over a decade, where I developed strong problem-solving abilities and refined my customer service skills. I hold a City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Heating and Ventilating, which supports my expertise in fault finding and system maintenance.
