Supervision and controlling of Compliance of all taxation regulation in respect of Service Tax, TDS, Income Tax, Value Added Tax and ensuring that all taxes are charge at applicable rate and deposited in timely manner and submitting relevant returns of timely manner. Supervision and verification of payments. Review and management of Account Receivable. Supervision of Banking work, daily fund position, bank reconciliation, cash management and monthly submission of stock statement. Looking after finance function i.e. booking of forward contract, cancellation against exports and imports order, arranging fund from foreign bankers through buyer’s credit facility.
