   Execute the inward and outward material with necessary approvals from the concerned authority. Administer all construction tools and store equipment, meanwhile examining their conditions. Assist laborers and vendors in using the toolbox and required materials on the stock. Supervise the site by managing the overall construction operations and store activities with excellent manpower development and reporting the daily work progress.  Constantly monitor the project and unit takeovers including inspection/snagging and de-snagging/rectification, etc. Ensure the receipt of documents before handing over the possession of flat/unit to customers; liaise with Government officials for procuring the approvals. Address customer and vendor complaints and queries on products and services, meanwhile providing resolution. Perform weekly material reconciliation and report to the Project Manager; convey all associates’ feedback to the management. Communicate with occupants, clients and visitors to provide high-quality services, maintain excellent public relations and take feedback/suggestions.
