• Involved in activities like Requirement Gathering, Feature listing, Transformation of requirements into business -cases, Task Planning , Resource Planning & Management• Prepare Documents like BRD, FRD & Use Case scenarios.• Attend client meetings to determine scope of project and procedures.• Study the project scope and draft a project plan.• Acted as a liaison between the technical staff and the client.• Ensure client’s needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner and make sure to complete all assigned tasks on time.• Thorough functional and UI testing of applications, to make sure that the client requirements are met before delivering.• Providing assistance to seniors and also coordinating with subordinates in professional attitude• Developing wire frames /System flow diagram for the projects before design phase (if required)• Providing training to clients on how to manage Back end admin through phone and video tutorials.

• Understanding the requirement of client.• Interacting with the clients for getting the active requirements and allocating the requirements to other team members.• Co-ordinate with client for interview schedule and feedback.• Sourcing, screening and selecting the right candidate at right time for right rate.• Extensively working on job portals like Naukri and Monster & LinkedIn.• Calling the candidates and taking their initial telephonic interview.• Scheduling interviews as per client’s and candidate’s comfort level be it a telephonic interview or face to face.• Checking candidate's knowledge and experience on technical parameters and metrics and processing to next levels.• Doing referral checks.• Checking for the candidate's genuineness, gaps in educations, employment, projects durations etc.• Following up with the candidate, maintaining the details of the candidates and doing reference checks.• Working on contract, contract to hire and permanent positions.• Generating reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.• Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.• Understanding the requirement and skills required from the vendors.• Scheduling interviews• Getting the appropriate feedback on the candidates interviewed from the clients/ concerned recruiters• Follow-ups with the candidates on offers and joining• Client interaction and team handling on absence of Team Lead• Demonstrate excellent communication and documentation skills to both co-workers and candidates.
