I am Devendra Ghodke, a skilled & qualified professional with close to 2 years of professional exposure into retail banking – back-end operations. Upon completion of Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Operations, I have been associated with ICICI Bank since April 2012. I joined in the capacity of Officer managing the administrative responsibilities for Credit Cards Applications & Consumer Loan Disbursement. During the initial phase, I gained strong knowledge of various processes for queries handling & quality management. I managed the tasks for risk verification & documents validation including the Credit rating checking of the customers. And I also managed the privileged customers ensuring qualitative services standards.I was recently promoted as Asset Operations Officer – Consumer Loan Department in August 2013. In my current role, I am managing a team of executives and imparting training on various aspects of sales, customers handling, file / documents handling and risk assessment. I have led the responsibility for overall operations & TAT management for loans approvals / rejections. And I am directly managing the privileged & wealth customers of the ICICI Bank. I have gained strong skills into banking / backend process management and implementing controls for compliance & various regulatory policies.
