• Design, Develop and take trials of mixing impellers and agitators for the required application from client and give best solution for the application.• Discussing with client and understanding the requirements.• Designing a suitable product s per client’s need using the calculation/simulation tools.• Perform Material Balance and energy balance for the process equipment such as Distillation, Heat exchanger, Evaporator, Sulphuric Acid Dilution Plant, Industrial Scrubbers, Solvent recovery batch processes etc.• Perform Simulation of Process Equipment in ASPEN PLUS and ASPEN EDR.• Design of BFD, PFD and P&ID for the industrial processes.• Preparing Techno-Commercial proposal for projects and submitting that to customers.• Preparation of Process Data sheet for various equipment.• Perform Procurement Activities as required including understanding and evaluation of product specifications, dealing and negotiations with vendors.• Co-ordination with Design, Purchase, Production and client for project execution.• Communicating with client regarding their project requirements and attending kick of meeting.• Raise or answer the technical clarification to/from client.
