Ceinsys has been awarded a consultancy role for third-party inspection and monitoring of rural water supply projects in Cluster 07-Chitrakootdham, Uttar Pradesh, under the State Water and Sanitation Mission, Namami Ganga, and Rural Water Supply Program. Recently, I assumed the role of Team Leader for an ambitious project spanning one division and four districts. Despite previous projects facing challenges with meeting deadlines, my team of 69 members is well-prepared to ensure the timely completion of this venture. Additionally, we have been tasked with supporting the PMC Task in the absence of the currently working PMC.The SWSM Cluster-07 in Chitrakoot-Dham encompasses 12 different water supply projects, totaling approx. Rs. 5312.80 Cr, with a CPEX cost of Rs. 4701.412 Cr. These projects include designing and constructing 12 water treatment plants, each ranging from 160 to 8 MLD capacity, alongside 12 intake wells of equivalent capacity. To cater to the water needs of 5,94,398 houses, 165 CWRs with pump houses and 637 OHTs with capacities ranging from 675 KL to 25 KL must be established. This infrastructure will cover 1528 villages and 999 gram panchayats, requiring the laying of 51.931 km and 3354.912 km of raising mains for raw and clear water respectively, and distribution networks spanning 11796.66 km. Additionally, groundwater schemes with tube wells for the Amlikaur and Harulipur regions are included. The goal of the U.P. Government is to ensure piped drinking water access to every household, promoting a healthier and safer urban life.Current status: - Ten intake wells, along with water treatment plants, are operational, providing water to 457 villages and approximately 523,586 households. Additionally, 397 overhead tanks and 161 clear water reservoirs are regularly supplying drinking water. The expected inauguration and trial run for each facility are scheduled for March 15th, 2024

Company hired me as Resident engineer for their project at katni & Singruali city, leading 12 members of team at both locations to deliver project within stipulated timeframe with required parameters as below. Contractor slow progress and non-responsive attitude lead us to terminated from the project at both location and new remaining work tender is floated • 136&117.5 km of piping (HDPE/K-9 DI) networks for water distribution. Physical works competed except PLC-SCADA installation expected to hand over by 15th July,2022
