● Assist with Internal non-conformance report (NCR) after any non-conformance identification.● Perform calibration of internal gauges according to standard established procedures.● Perform final inspection of parts ensuring conformance to print requirements.● Verify conformance of products to specifications and determine the causes of deficiencies.● Perform first off approvals using standard gauges and CMM machine.● Execute daily inspections of the work in progress according to QMS and maintain accurate recordsof the inspections.● Train and assist operators to carry out their quality assurance functions.● Assist in maintaining conformance to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.● Support the Director of QA in developing policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, components, and operations.

Quality Management:● Review and process customer claims.● Represent the Company at the customer’s location of business regarding quality issues or concerns.● Conduct root cause analyses and implementation of permanent corrective actions and systems toensure conformance to customer specifications.● Write technical reports including 8D’s.● Track, evaluate and drive improvement against quality performance targets.● Develop and maintain Control Plans for all processes within the facility.● Participate in Daily MRB and Production Meeting.● Issue Quality Alerts to the production floor.PPAP Management:● Contribute to the APQP process development, and documentation for each part number. ● Work with suppliers to establish Quality expectations and schedule audits.● Prepare, review, maintains, and submits PPAP documentations includes ISIR/FAI, Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, PSW, Bubble Print, MSA Studies, Deviations and Material / Performance test reports to assure builds meet the drawing and the specifications of the customer.● Verify adherence of supplier PPAP’s and maintains traceability between supplier PPAP’s, Drawings and customer PPAP’s.● Responds to customer requirements for any customer mandated quality initiatives related to PPAP process. ● Updates and maintains PPAP log and master sample in an accurate and timely manner.Specifications: ● Works with engineering to ensure that the print and the work instructions are working together to produce what the customer has ordered. ● Inspect, find, and match drawing specs to product specs. Document Control: ● Developing and implementing continuous improvement programs covering production, processes, and quality management systems.● Facilitate Root Cause Analysis teams for corrective actions. Internal Audits: ● Create internal audit plans, perform internal audits, generate audit reports, and initiate corrective actions to address audit findings.

● Validate dimensions of machined parts and tooling by using vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges and height gauges, depth gauges and CMM.● Complete required NCR reports, monitor and expedite status to ensure timely resolutions to quality problems, follow-up with respected departments regrading nonconformance products to warrant convenient disposition. ● Validate First off for each machine/area, update status of any failures/resubmissions on shift report.● Participate and conduct production and quality assurance programs in manufacturing. ● Collect and analyze data and samples in support of quality assurance. ● Lead and/or assist with corrective and preventive actions and part containment requirement. ● Follow Quality Management System for all quality processes and perform departmental audits. ● Calibrate, fix, and maintain gauges and inspection equipment and relevant documentation.● Complete product, process quality audits, quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and customer specifications.● Conduct incoming inspection, in process inspection, postproduction inspection, final inspection and inline GP12 inspection.

● Read and interpret engineering drawings, SPC, blueprints, charts and tables or study sample parts to determine machining operation to be performed.● Compute dimensions and tolerances and measure and layout work pieces.● Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of machine tools including Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) tools to perform precision, non-repetitive machining operations such as turning, milling, boring, drilling, and other operations.● Verify dimensions of machined parts for accuracy and conformance to specifications using micrometers, verniers calipers, height gauges or other specialized measuring instruments.● Report deviations from specifications and tolerances to supervisor.● Communicating critical information to supervisor and oncoming shifts including quality concerns, tooling issues, maintenance concerns and production requirements.

● Assisting the Management Team with the supervision of the designated Department, whichinvolves: assisting management with the mentoring, teaching, assigning duties, recognizing,supervising and communicating with Hourly Associates appropriately and efficiently.● Ordering merchandise on time.● Maintaining zero pricing errors (i.e. Scanning Credibility Program).● Adhering to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations,temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates.● Adhering to food safety and handling procedures and following sanitation and cleaning procedures.● Following proper procedures on Mark-up/Mark-downs, Price Changes, Signing/Flagging/Labels,Clearance, Competition Shopping and Competition Pricing.● Listening to Customer complaints, examining returned merchandise, and resolving problems torestore and promote good public relations.● Following budgets for the department(s), including the shrink budget.

● Examined manufactured parts using vernier height gauges, micrometers, calipers, etc.● Performed visual inspection, mechanical and fictional verification parts to ensure compliance to set specification and quality standards.● Tagged, Isolated defective material; collected and recorded accurate data regarding defects that will be used to issue non-conformance reports to supplier. ● Completed all necessary quality control documents as required.
