•Validating the software/firmware after being upgrade or downgrade on the radio and testing it manually.•Involved in testing application such GPS, WIFI , Bluetooth and the third party app such as TRBOnet.•Involved in testing Bluetooth profiles such as Bluetooth headset 2.0, WRSM and also tested with different operating system embedded in phones such Andriod.•Perform basic testing duties such as Regression, Functional and Sanity test cases.•Performing functionality testing menus that are being programmed inside the radio.•Run Regression and Functional Testing in an Agile-Scrum environment.•Developing positive and negative test cases and test scenarios using excel sheet and ALM.•Involved in testing applications in Black and White box component level.•Creating rudimentary bug reports using Jira tool for programmers to investigate and repair the bugs/error.•Performing regression testing on firmware after the bugs/errors were fixed to make sure there is no breakage happen on the fixed firmware itself.•Performing in setting up the system and troubleshoot it if any faulty happened to the system itself. Upgrading the system each time if there is any firmware being released by the developers.•Assigned responsibilities of supporting senior system validation engineer in product specification and validation process.•Provided assistance to the system validation engineer in installation of product and in validation planning.•Coordinating the OTA (Over the air) & roaming test setup and preparing the documentation for it.•Performing tools testing such as Signal generator, RF comm set , Audio Analyzer for radio tuning purpose and preparing test report for it .
