• Studying & reviewing of tender/enquiry documents and checking critical necessities bidding of the projects.• Interpreting and following company tendering processes and procedures to ensure all aspects of tenders are Met including relevant discipline codes and standards.• Expertise in development of estimation methodologies, identification of major cost components, performing Bid evaluations, cost factor analysis and risk analysis.• Preparing detailed cost estimates for Firm / Budgetary Proposals for Domestic / Overseas Projects and Prepare the price breakup in compliance with client requirements specified in the RFQ/ITB.• Coordinating with various departments for the submission of necessary supporting documents required toSubmit technical bid for the tender.• Involved in preparation of technical bid from inputs based by engineering, procurement, planning &Page1scheduling and other support departments if required.• Conducting Techno-commercial discussions and price negotiation with customers while analyzing and evaluating the scope of work before and after the receipt of PO from customers.• Preparation of extra claims for additional scope of work during project execution Monitoring the actual Cost Vs. estimated/budgeted cost for secured jobs. After execution of orders, preparation of final analysis of actualCost Vs. estimated cost.• Floating enquiries to suitable approved vendors for the supply of materials in the tender during bidding stage following and getting quotations from them.• Developing and maintaining independent cost data systematically under all headers in that project maintaining the tender status.
