Current Installed equipments as per Alcon Standards. Completed preventive maintanance routine as scheduled, as well as emergency calls. Minimized equipment down time and equipment failure call back. Achieved service revenue targets as set by the management. Provided Customer’s satisfaction at all times. Handled all top accounts like Aravind Group of Hospitals, Eye Foundation, Lotus Eye Care group, Joseph Eye Hospital and Vasan Group of Hospitals etc. Completed reporting as per the guideline in a timely manner. Constantly supported Sales Team for their effective functioning by installing the equipments for Demo & Live Surgeries. Supported the team in Kerala, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Vijayawada though it is not under my coverage. Trained the new engineers who are taking charge in their respective territories. Troubleshooting done for equipments regularly through phones and supports the team members in various territories across India. Handled more no of Equipments (140) than any other FSE in Alcon India. Assisted in the development of the associate Field service engineer and also Theatre Staffs & Biomedical engineers of Customers. Attended RTMs,Sales Meeting and Regional Congresses of Sales Team.
