After MS I started with my first assignment, at Dhanduka Cottage Hospital, , near Ahmadabad,[ District of Ahamdabad ] State of Gujarat for six month.Than I went to Zambia & joined Ministry of Health as Senior Registrar in Surgety at Ndola Central Hospital, 1980 to December 1985,& where I was promoted to Consultant post, but I did not join. 1985 to 1986 I went to London for Casualty Consultant observership at St. Bart's Hospital. Than came back to India on 1/Jan/1986 & I joined as Scientific Pool Officer at Osmania General Hospital Hyderabad from 1986 to 1988 , Than joined as Scientific Pool Officer at Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad, India from 1988 to 1989, one year. During this time Apollo Hospital Started , where I started as part time than I joined as full timer after completion of one year of Scientific Pool officer assignment. The Scientific pool officer post was started by First Prime Minister of India Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru , for NRI who wanted to return back to India, to give them immediate employment till they settle down in India. Than 1988 to 1992 joined as Consultant Surgeon at Apollo Hospital Jubilee hiills and Hyderguda, India. Than went to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia & joined Mlnlstry of Health, as Surgical Specialist, at Khamis Mushiyat Hospital , in Aseer Region , from 1992 to 1997. Than came back to India and joined as Consultant Surgeon at Apollo Hospitals jubilee hills and Hyderguda from 1997 to 2002. Following that I was free lance Consultant Surgeon. I also worked at Mahaveer Hospitsl , Vikarabad and Maheshwara Hospital Isnapoor, all in Hyderabad. Than, I joined MNR Medical College 2007 as Assistant Professor, and since than I am there. This was my first teaching post in recognised Hospital by Medical Council of India.( I started from Zero.).I have also joined at Ravi Hospital , KPHB as General Surgeon and Laparoscopic Surgeon. I do Laparoscoplc Surgery at MNR Medical college. I am Laparoscopic Surgeon from 1996.

In complicated cases we used to get help from consultants from medical college from Abha, intraoperatively. , Army Hospital Surgeons, near by were doing regularly Renal transplantations, so Brain dead patients were shifted there. All case of moderate to severe cases of head injuries were shifted to Abha central Hospital or Army Hospital, near by. { Particularly patient who had indication of CT Scan investigation, as Ct Scan facility was not available at our hospital.

I was incharge of Hospital which was 75 bedded. Thee subcenters were under me. I did Elective & emergency surgery, Lot of trauma used to come , minor, mild to moderate injuries used to be managed here , otherwise cases were shifted to other higher centres near by or at Ahamdabad by our Ambulances. I had to manage normal deliveries and Emergency Caesarian Sections. I had performed Open abdominal total Hysterectomies , Open prostetectomies and including other General Surgeries. I did 235 tubal ligations in my Hospital and in 3 subcenters under local anaesthesia. I trained other MBBS Doctors in these Family Planning operations. I did 5 cases of vasectomies 7 many cases of M.T.P. ( Medical termination of Pregnancy]I had to perform Post-mortems also. I had to record MLCs [ Medico Legal Cases ]. I attended Lower courts for MLCs. I conducted Gynaecology camps, where Faculties from medical college attended,I also arranged and conducted Laparoscopic tubal ligations were done, expert from higher centres used to operate by Single Port technique, with out any video camera or monitors, I left to Zambia after this, Because It was my fist assignment, I was very enthusiastic and used to be available 24/7 days. I used to clear medical bills same day. I became very popular with local College & schools . I was chief guest any local school functions. Local movie theatre used to special screening four our hospital staff. Gujrati people are very social and philanthropic. There were many free hospitals. We had local doctors association, where we used to meet regularly. We had no Blood Bank facilities, and used to get blood in advance from Ahmadabad private blood banks and store in our freeze. Some time even we had to discard the blood, because we did not need blood.
