Impact of COVID-19 on Nepal’s Healthcare System

Project: Nepal Workforce planning for the Sexual, Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Adolescent Health (SRMNAH) services with focus on midwives and ideal skill mix composition.Responsibility: Conducted the workforce analysis that included the initial steps to estimate, the amount of health workers needed to deliver essential SRMNAH care in Nepal.

Project: Baseline Study of the Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health Project (2018-19) in Sindhuli district, Nepal. Project conducted for Ministry of Health and Population, Department of Health Services, with technical and financial support from Canadian Red Cross and Nepal Red Cross Society.Responsibilities: Responsible for overall management of the survey, in close consultation with the NRCS Manager, and CRC team.

Project: Nutrition Sensitive Agriculture (NSA) and Nutrition in Mountain Agro Ecosystems Responsibility: Responsible for overall management of the evaluation, in close consultation with the Helvetas MEAL Manager/Program manager, and timely delivery of its outputs as described in the evaluation terms of reference.

Project: Final Evaluation of Providing Life-Saving Humanitarian Support for Earthquake-Affected Children and their Families through Health Systems Strengthening and Winterization Support.
