We analysed that there are still more than 20 Categories(in 100+ areas in City like Pune and 100+ Equivalent cities in India) which are used in our day today life and for which one would never prefer to go to a distant place/ will not wait for online delivery /nor we will be willing to send our kids, if solution is available near by.We also found that most of the time, Solution was available but there was no media with proper information available.I was one of the 4 entrepreneurs to share our journeys as Startup Founder on National Channel DD1, after launch of Startup India on 16-01-2016. Recognized for building a business model for listing and advertisement in web and print combo; acquired over 150 Advertisers within 2nd year of operation.Gradually moved to web only listing model and acquired 12000 shops through personal interaction; maintained position on the 1st page of Google, without paying additional amount. Web only listing model helped to increase the profitability to 85% as there was no cost for Printing and distribution.In addition, I built and mentored a team of 26 people; facilitated, coordinated and allocated various tasks to the team; planned and tracked project deliverables. Single handedly lead and organized talk of the town Events attended by 1000 to 3000 Audiences. I created hyperlocal shopping, job, property, refurbished goods, healthcare, education verticals; pivoted 3models in Online Shopping including Multi Category, Delivery Boy and Market Place.
