As a project delivery manager, my goal is to achieve the objectives as planned. I have delivered projects, working with all business functions, across mechanical, electrical, systems and software disciplines. I have worked in software vendor/reseller, medical, transport and manufacturing industries. I have performed the roles of change, release and software configuration manager. I have trained graduate engineers and influenced senior managers on application and vendor selections. The experience has given me knowledge and confidence on how to adapt to situations to deliver the goals.I have employed learnings from my education and guidance practices such as ITIL and PRINCE2 to determine what is the best approach in a project based on given conditions. I am self-motivated, dependable and result-oriented, with a strong business acumen, innovation and teamwork skills. I take initiatives and commit to business goals by putting business objectives before own. I take a personal satisfaction when taking team onto a journey of achievement. I look for "waste" reductions in processes and promote building "quality" into products right at the onset.Delivered multiple 3 month to 2 year duration projects at Cubic where the quality of change improved over time leading to no rework in recent times. All this due to my continuous drive to engage all involved right from beginning and engraving into practice code review, test coverage and zero deviation processes.At ResMed I had introduced data management application for concurrent global development and one source of truth with workflow to manage iterations of mechanical components. I had successfully implemented application licenses procurement such a way that the licenses could be used globally which delivered about $100K annual saving on an annual budget of about $1m.Outside work, I love working at my kitchen garden and home nursery of plants. My wish is to visit Maasai Mara National Reserve after having visited Jim Corbett and Kaziranga National Park. Lately, I started cooking and no negative comments from friends, yet!
